All pups need current vaccinations (rabies, distemper/parvo, bordetella), must be spayed/neutered, and pass a free meet-and-greet behavioral assessment. Puppies 4+ months welcome for Puppy Social!
We'll pick up between 8–9 AM and drop off between 4–5 PM. Choose home pick-up ($6 add-on) or meet us at the Sunset Marina hub. Every dog gets a safety harness — we provide one if needed!
Safety first! We'll monitor weather constantly. Light rain means indoor play and covered walks. Severe weather triggers our contingency plan — indoor adventure day at our facility with full credit or reschedule.
Absolutely! Live GPS tracking via our app, plus photo and video updates sent throughout the day. Many parents say it's their favorite part!
Max 15 dogs per van, always with 2+ certified handlers. Dogs are grouped by size and temperament for the best experience.
